About Just Garlic Farm
Humble Beginings
We never set out to become garlic farmers, but here we are!! It all started because we grew to much in the garden and gave it away to family and friends. Everyone enjoyed it so much that they started asking for more, so we planted more, which has lead us to having multiple acres planted.
Spanish Roja
Spanish Roja Garlic is one of the hard-neck garlic varieties that originated in Spain. The bulbs are medium-large sized with approx. 8-15 cloves, with purple to reddish hue peel.
Spanish Roja has a robust savory flavor, with a spicy kick!! Making it an excellent choice for pickling and adding flavor to dishes
Horseradish
We have 1/3 of acre of horseradish that we harvest in the spring and then again in the late fall. Not only do we offer fresh horseradish and we also, offer powdered horseradish. Yes, you read that correctly and customers enjoy being able to use the horseradish powder to make their own horseradish sauce or by using it to flavor dishes.

At Just Garlic Farm, we use a 3pt hitch 6 row planter, which is attached to a 1949 8N tractor.
This planter gives the user the flexibility to plant all 6 rows or as many rows as they require. With this planter we can have our whole crop planted within hours. This planter was purchased through

Garlic Splitter/Sorter
This garlic splitter and sorter, has saved us hours of manually splitting the bulbs apart for seeding. Now in just minutes we are able to have 50lbs of garlic split/sorted and ready for the planter.
This system can be operated with/without the sorter, which is a great option.

Top/Root Cutter
Top/Root Cutter
This top/root cutter is also a major time saver. The blades are adjustable, enabling you to set where you would like to cut the stems. There is a set of blades on each end of this cutter, enabling 2 people to be working at the same time.
